Terms and Conditions
1.Booking
1.1 Booking Agreement
By making a booking, the person named first on the booking confirms that they have read and agreed to these terms and conditions on behalf of all individuals listed in the booking. This person accepts full responsibility for ensuring that all individuals are aware of and comply with these terms.
1.2 Booking Confirmation
Your booking will be processed upon your acceptance of our quotation and receipt of either a deposit or full payment (if booking within 45 days of departure). Please note that no booking is confirmed until we have issued a confirmation. We reserve the right to return your deposit and decline to issue a confirmation at our discretion.
2. Payment
2.1 Balance Due
The remaining balance for your arrangements (including any applicable surcharge) must be paid before the scheduled departure, unless otherwise notified in writing. If we do not receive the full balance on time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and impose cancellation charges. We will inform the supplier/principal of the non-payment, which may result in the cancellation of your booking and applicable cancellation fees as per their terms and conditions.
3. Amendments, Cancellations, and Transfers by You
3.1 Amendments and Cancellations
To amend, cancel, or transfer any part of your booking after confirmation, please notify us in writing via email as soon as possible. This notification must come from the person named first on the booking. Cancellation notices are effective when received by us.
3.2 Amendments
While we will endeavor to assist with changes, we cannot guarantee that we or any supplier/principal can accommodate your request. If a change is possible, it will be subject to the supplier’s terms and conditions and an administration fee of $50 per person per change, in addition to any costs incurred (e.g., increases from airlines or other suppliers). Costs may rise as the departure date approaches. If we cannot assist and you choose not to proceed with the original booking, it will be treated as a cancellation.
3.3 Cancellations
Should you choose to cancel, you will be liable for the cancellation charges imposed by the supplier/principal, as detailed in their terms and conditions.
4. Force Majeure
4.1 Liability Exclusion
We will not be liable for or pay compensation if our contractual obligations are affected by “Force Majeure.” Force Majeure includes events beyond our or our suppliers’ control that could not have been avoided despite taking all reasonable measures. Examples are warfare, terrorism, civil strife, health risks (e.g., outbreaks of serious disease), natural disasters, government actions, industrial disputes, technical problems with transport, and other similar events outside our or our suppliers’ control.
5. Delays, Missed Transport Arrangements, and Travel Information
5.1 Immediate Notification
If you or any member of your party experiences delays, misses your flight or transport arrangement, or if your transport is canceled, you must contact us and the relevant transport provider immediately.
5.2 Liability for Delays
We are not liable for delays resulting from Force Majeure events, including any issues caused by passengers (e.g., failing to check in or board on time).
5.3 Carrier and Flight Information
Carrier details, flight timings, and aircraft types provided in your confirmation invoice are for guidance only and are subject to change. We will inform you of the actual carrier(s) as soon as we have this information. Your tickets, which will be sent electronically, will display the latest flight timings. Please check your tickets carefully upon receipt. If flight times change after ticket dispatch, we will notify you as soon as possible.
